- Lead By Example: Children are always going to follow their parents. You should start by using your cell phone carefully.
- Encourage Other Activities: Promote other activities, play sports with children or take them out.
- Create Tech-Free Zones: There should be tech-free zones in the house where no devices are allowed. This also allows for more bonding.
- Use Parental Controls: If your teen uses your phone then you need to start using strict parental controls.
- Seek Professional Help: If things get out of control, then it is better to consult a professional.
